Nope, it is from The Lonely Forest’s album Nuclear Winter that was released in 2007.

They are re-releasing the album, though, so it will be new to a lot of people!

Across the stars and moons afar, something speaks to me deep inside.. Says I’m not the only one wishing upon the moon tonight.
